Coterie was started in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Jaime Mroczkowski and Carrie Covert.

Together, we have dedicated our careers to helping industry professionals round out their millwork, casework, and FF&E packages by delivering high-quality, custom furnishings for commercial spaces.

We built Coterie on principles of American craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We believe furniture is more than just a functional item; it is essential to any commercial space’s design and atmosphere. We go to great lengths to ensure every creation is functional, beautiful, and built to last in high-traffic areas.

Our craftsmen are hounds for detail and highly skilled in using our shop’s state-of-the-art technology and equipment. We work closely with architects, designers, procurement companies, and their clients to understand every project’s unique requirements and challenges and develop custom solutions that meet their exact specifications.

Our portfolio includes extensive custom millwork, casework, and FF&E packages for diverse commercial settings, including offices, hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces. We have great relationships with a wide range of materials vendors. We can work to exact design specs or suggest materials that benefit the vision or project’s bottom line.

At our core, we are committed to delighting our clients so they can delight their clients. We understand that every project is unique, and we strive to provide personalized attention and precise communication, taking pride in delivering quality products on time and within budget.

We want to hear about your upcoming projects. Call us today to find out how we can execute your vision.

Our values

  • We can suggest cost-effective alternative materials while still bringing the designer’s vision to life.

  • We can assist with technical aspects of design, such as making pretty pieces fully functional in highly trafficked public spaces. If you don’t have a designer, we can design the full project for you.

  • We work out the initial design questions and details in the shop drawing process. Our process starts after the deposit, and it takes 5-10 business days for the first round submittal, depending on the scope of the project.

  • We submit material swatches and samples for approval before production begins, including custom finishes and special hardwood materials.

  • Coterie works with wood, laminates, metals, glass, and all sorts of solid surface specs, including stone, marble, and quartz. We can also bring in a whole host of trades into our scope to make the job seamless.

  • We deliver nationally and can work with you to determine offload services. Our dock times are

8 AM CST - 5 PM CST from Monday to Friday if your team wants to pick up.

  • We can work with your site installers and general contractors or take care of the install ourselves.
