We work out the initial design questions and details in the shop drawing process. Our process starts after the deposit, and it takes 5-10 business days for the first round submittal, depending on the scope of the project.

We submit material swatches and samples for approval before production begins, including custom finishes and special hardwood materials.

Coterie works with wood, laminates, metals, glass, and all sorts of solid surface specs, including stone, marble, and quartz. We can also bring in a whole host of trades into our scope to make the job seamless.

We deliver nationally and can work with you to determine offload services. Our dock times are
8 AM CST - 5 PM CST from Monday to Friday if your team wants to pick up.

Depending on the size of the project, the Coterie production timeline is 6-10 weeks from sign-off and approval of all shop drawings. Exceptions to this timeline are, of course, based on the availability of the materials specified.
